We use J&T Express as our courier for deliveries within the Philippines.

Shipping fees may vary depending on your location, quantity and weight of your purchase. For orders within the Philippines, our standard shipping fee is Php 150. However, for larger orders or deliveries to certain remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply. We will provide you with a total cost estimate, including shipping fees, at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

We accept payments through Gcash or Palawan Express. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) at this time.
At PLEYN Clothing, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not offer returns or exchanges for items that do not fit, so please check our size chart carefully before placing your order.
If you need to return a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with instructions on how to send it back to us. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of our authorization, and the item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
